摘  要:研究了双螺旋搅拌机搅拌C60高强混凝土时,采用一次投料法、先拌水泥砂浆法和水泥裹砂石法3种不同搅拌工艺对混凝土性能的影响,在理论分析和试验研究的基础上,确定不同搅拌工艺下的较佳参数,并通过对比分析得出较优的搅拌工艺。结果表明,与其他2种搅拌工艺相比,采用先拌水泥砂浆法搅拌C60高强混凝土时,能有效改善混凝土界面过渡区结构,提高混凝土的强度和均匀性,同时可以减少搅拌时间,降低能耗,提高生产率;搅拌时间选择85-95 s,搅拌速度选择1.6-1.8 m/s,可以得到较好质量的混凝土。It were the impact of three different mixing technology including a feeding method,the first mixed with cement mortar method and sand enveloped with cement method on the performance of concrete when double spiral mixer chums C60 high-strength concrete; determines better parameterd under different mixing technology based on the theoretical analysis and experimental research and obtains the better mixing technology through comparative analysis.The result showed that,comparing with the other two mixing processes, the first mixed with cement mortar method could effectively improve the structure of the transition area of the concrete interface, enhance the strength and uniformity of concrete, and in the meantime reduce the mixing time, cut down energy consumption and raise productivity when mixing C60 high-strength concrete.The mixing time was chosen between 85-95 s and the mixing speed at 1.6-1.8 m/s, better concrete quality could be achieved.
