自拟方中药与西药结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟方中药与西药结合治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将452例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组用常规西药治疗,观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上联合中药(自拟方)治疗。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为94.69%(214/226)和66.37%(150/226)。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该自拟方中药结合西药治疗DN对减少尿蛋白量、改善肾功能、延缓糖尿病肾病进展、提高内生肌酐清除率有显著疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Diabetic Nephropathy treated with combination of western medicine and self-made Chinese herbal preparation. Methods To randomly divide the 452 subjects with DN into control group and study group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the study group was treated with combination of western medicine and self-made Chinese herbal preparation. Results The total effective rates of control and study group ak-e 94.69%（214/ 226） and 66.37%（150/226）,respectively; and the difference of effective rate between the two groups are significant （P〈0.05）. CONConclusion The combination of western medicine and self-made Chinese herbal preparation has significant effect on reducing urinary protein excretion, improving renal function, delaying the progress of DN and enhancing the endogenous creatinine clearance.
