阴道彩色多普勒监测温针合二陈汤加减治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者排卵的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道彩色多普勒监测温针合二陈汤加减治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者排卵的临床应用价值。方法符合痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征诊断标准60例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用温针合二陈汤加减治疗促排卵，对照组采用克罗米芬＋绒毛膜促性腺激素诱发排卵，并经阴道彩色多普勒超声对其排卵进行监测。结果治疗组与对照组的周期排卵率分别为40．0％、17．5％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论采用二陈汤结合开展温针精简取穴，实施更具有针对性的中医治疗方法，并经阴道彩色多普勒超声对其排卵进行观察，准确预测排卯时间，指导患者掌握受孕机会，提高受孕率，具有广泛的应用前景和推广实用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application ovulation value of transvaginal color Doppler monitoring warm acupuncture together with Erchen soup treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 60 patients screened complying with phlegm polycystic ovary syndrome diagnostic criteria, were divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 patients, used warm acupuncture combined with Erchen soup treatment for ovulation induction, the control group with 30 patients, used clomiphene plus HCG to induce ovulation and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound their ovulation were monitored. Results The cycle ovula- tion rate in the treatment group and the control group were 40.0% and 26.7% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions By using Erchen soup added to carry out warm acupuncture streamlining acupoints, and the implementation of a more targeted Chinese medicine treatment method and ob- serving their ovulation by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, we can accurately predict the time of ovulation, guiding patients to master the chances of conceiving, increase pregnancy rate, it has a wide range of application prospects and promotion of practical value.
