摘  要:非均质注水开发油藏进入产量递减阶段油井普遍见水 ,采用常规水基酸化液导致产液含水率上升而增油不明显 ,对此 ,研制了一种酸 /油型乳化酸 ,作为含水油井的选择性酸化液 .在室内进行了乳化酸与土酸的对比实验 ,结果表明 ,所研制的乳化酸具有缓速、防腐、防膨以及对岩石骨架损害小等优良性能 .在大庆油田的 14口含水油井进行基质酸化试用 ,平均单井日增油 6.8t,含水率下降 0 .7%,有效期 9个月 ,累计增油 2 .6万t.该乳化酸 ,增油降水明显 ,有效期长 ,成本低 ,便于推广 .In order to meet the needs of stimulation of oil production and augmented injection, a new acid/oil type emulsified acid has been developed, which was applied to selective acid treated water\|contented production well. Laboratory tests show that this emulsified acid has advantages in retarding\|acidization, preventing\|corrosion, anti\|clay\|swelling, and lowering the damage to formation compared with normal mud acid. Field tests were carried out in Daqing Oilfield, 14 wells have been treated with this acidizing fluid. The oil production increased by 6.8 tons per day each well, meanwhile the water rate dropped 7.2% in average. It lasted about 9 months and the total incremental production was 26 054 tons. This emulsified acid is effective to increase oil production and to decrease water rate. It is also cheaper, easy to make, safe to use, and can be widely use in oilfields.
