双腔乳胶导尿管治疗上颌窦粘膜塌陷的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察双腔乳胶导尿管在上颌窦粘膜塌陷中的临床疗效。方法对40例上颌窦手术过程中出现的上颌窦粘膜塌陷患者进行双腔乳胶导尿管复位，并与40例凡士林纱条填塞对比。记录粘膜的修复时间、手术后的疼痛程度、面部的肿胀程度以及出血量等。结果应用双腔乳胶导尿管进行匕颌窦粘膜塌的修复，其在粘膜的修复时间、手术后的疼痛程度、面部的肿胀程度以及出血量等方面相对凡士林纱条填塞均具有明显的优势（P〈0．05），且上颌窦口无狭窄及闭锁。结论双腔乳胶导尿管治疗上颌窦粘膜塌陷的疗效较凡士林纱条填塞效果佳，能缩短患者的愈合时间，有效缓解疼痛及面部肿胀，出血量较少．Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of double-lumen latex catheter in maxillary sinus mucosa collapse. Methods 40 patients during maxillary sinus surgery process suffered maxillary sinus mucosa collapse were given dual-chamber latex catheter reset. And then we compared its efficacy with that of other 40 patients using vaseline gauze. Results With double-lumen latex catheter repair for the maxillary sinus mucosa collapse, the mucosal repair time, the degree of post-operative pain, the degree of swelling of the face, and the amount of bleeding were obviously better than those using vaseline gauze, showing significant difference （P〈O. 05）. Conclusion Double-lumen latex catheter efficacy in the treatment of maxillary sinus mucosa collapse has better effect than vaseline gauze, it can shorten the healing time of patients, effectively alleviate the pain and swelling of the face, with less amount of bleeding.
