摘　　要：目的探讨脑室一腹腔分流术后并发症发生的原因。方法回顾性分析37例脑室一腹腔分流术后并发症患者的临床资料。结果1例感染患者死亡，其余患者痊愈出院。结论术后并发症重在预防，充分的术前准备、改进手术技巧能减少手术并发症的发生。Objective To discuss the reason of the postoperative complications of ventricular peritoneal shunt. Method The clinical data of 37 cases of ventficular peritoneal shunt postoperative complications was an- alyzed. Result 1 case of infection died, the other cases healed. Conclusions The prevention of the postopera- tive complications is very important. The sufficient preoperative preparation and the continuous improvement of surgical skills can reduce the surgical complications.
