暴露疗法配合聚维酮碘乳膏外涂治疗新生儿红臀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察暴露疗法配合外涂聚维酮碘乳膏治疗新生儿红臀的效果。方法将80例红臀患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各40例，实验组采取暴露疗法加聚维酮碘乳膏外涂，对照组常规清洁臀部予吹氧后涂红霉素加制酶菌素粉末混合软膏，没有暴露臀部。观察两组疗效。结果实验组、对照组总有效率分别为100％、80％，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论暴露疗法加聚维酮碘乳膏外涂治疗新生儿红臀能加快红肿消退，收敛伤口，促进愈合，疗效快、效果好。Objective To observe the effect of exposure therapy combined with external application of povidone iodine cream in the treatment of neonatal red buttock. Methods 80 patients with eczema were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group, the experiment group adopted ex- posure therapy plus external application of povidone iodine cream. The control group received routine cleaning buttocks to the oxygen after the coated erythromycin ointment, with buttocks not exposed. Curative effects in two groups were observed. Results The total effective rates of experimental group and control group were 100% and 80% respectively, the experimental group was better than control group （P〈0.O1）. Conclusion Exposure thera- py combined with povidone iodine cream external in treatment for patients with neonatal red buttock can accel- erate the subsiding of swelling, convergence wound, promote healing, with fast and good curative effect.
