摘　　要：目的通过对某移动公司职工健康体检结果资料统计分析，以了解该公司职T健康状况，为采取预防保健和干预措施提供依据。方法对2011年在我院体检中心进行健康检查的某移动公司职工体检结果资料统计分析。结果613名职工健康体检中552人检查结果存在异常，检出率为90．05％，其中检出异常项目排位最高的前五位次序是：血脂增高、血尿酸增高、幽门螺旋杆菌抗体阳性、脂肪肝、肝功能异常。部份异常项目发生率与男女性别有关，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），检出结果异常在各年龄段分布不同，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论该公司职工健康状况不容乐观，应加强健康教育，增强职工的保健意识，强化单位对职工身体健康的关注，坚持定期健康体检，全面提高职工的健康水平，对工作和生活有重要意义。Objective To statistically analyze the heahh examination results of workers in a mobile com- pany to understand the health status of the employees of the company, and provide preventive health interven- tions and countermeasures basis. Methods The data results of physical examination of employees examined in our hospital in 2011 in a mobile company were analyzed. Results The health examination of 552 workers out of 613 were in the presence of abnormalities, and the rate was 90.05%. The top five abnormal items were： elevated blood lipids, blood uric acid increased, helicobacter pylori antibody positive, fatty liver and abnormal liver func- tion. Part of the incidence of abnormal items were related to different gender, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P〈O.01）, the result of abnormalities in the age distribution was different, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health status of the employees of the company is not optimistic, health e- ducation should be strengthened to enhance the health consciousness of the workers, and to strengthen the unit staff health, adhere to the periodic health examination, and comprehensively improve the health of workers, it＇s very important to their work and life.
