脑损伤性癫痫的临床观察和护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析脑损伤性癫痫的临床护理干预措施，以提高护理质量。方法选择2010年3月至2012年3月我科收治的脑损伤性癫痫患者58例为实验对象，随机分为两组。对照组患者29例，给予常规护理措施；实验组患者29例，给予综合护理干预，对比观察两组护理效果。结果实验组患者护理干预后的焦虑程度降低、患者对疾病的不确定感降低，癫痫对生活的影响程度降低，与对照组患者比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。实验组患者对护理工作满意度上升（P〈0．05）。结论在脑损伤性癫痫的临床护理工作中给予综合护理干预，有助于降低患者负性情绪，提高生活质量，值得应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing care intervention measures for brain in- jury epilepsy to improve quality of nursing care. Methods 58 cases of brain injury with epilepsy in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 as experimental subjects were randomly divided into two groups. 29 patients of the control group received conventional nursing care measures; 29 patients in experimental group were given comprehensive nursing care intervention, the nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The levels of anxiety, the uncertainty of patients with the disease and the influence to their life in the experimen- tal group after the intervention nursing care reduced compared with those of tile control group, there was a signif- icant difference, P〈0.05. The patient＇s satisfaction to nursing care job in experimental group also increased, P〈0.05. Conclusion Giving comprehensive intervention in clinical nursing care of the brain injury epilepsy helps to reduce the negative emotions of patients, and improve their quality of life, it is worth for application.
