摘 要:近来,利用膜分离法进行可挥发性有机蒸汽(VOCs)的回收受到越来越广泛的关注.但是,对于多组分气体混合物,尤其是含有VOCs的多组分气体混合物在膜中的气体渗透过程的模型模拟则很少有人研究.因此,提出用MS与UNIQUAC的组合模型(MS-U)预测含有VOCs的多组分气体混合物在聚二甲基硅氧烷膜(PDMS)中的渗透过程.与实验数据对比表明:模型对于含有VOCs的气体混合物在PDMS膜中的渗透过程有着很好的预测效果.模型对于多组分气体的预测结果表明:较低的操作温度,适中的进料压力和正戊烷组成,较小的正己烷组成有利于从石油气中回收正戊烷.Recently, the recovery of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by membrane separation is more and more widely used. However, the study about predicting multi-component gas mixture, especially containing VOCs, permeation through membrane is still very few. As a result, a combination model of MS-UNIQUAC (MS-U) was set up to predict the process of multi-component gas mixture with VOCs permeation through PDMS membrane. Compared with experiment results, MS-U model has an acceptable accuracy in predicting the process of gas mixture containing VOCs permeated through PDMS membrane. The prediction results indicate that, lower temperature, moderate feeding pressure and C5 H12 composition, lower C6 H14 composition have a good effect on recovering Cs H12 from gasoline.
