摘 要:目的:考察不同材质、不同孔径无机陶瓷膜精制黄芪水提液的适用性,优化工艺参数.方法:为能精确观察指标性成分透过率的动态变化,将实验设为分多次取样.以黄芪水提液为研究对象,从渗透通量、指标性成分透过率、固含物去除率等角度考察膜材质、膜孔径对微滤过程的影响.结果:0.2μm ZrO2较适用于本体系,其稳定渗透通量达273L/(m2.h),黄芪甲苷的透过率达64.56%,固含物的去除率在19%左右.结论:采用无机陶瓷膜对黄芪水提液进行精制分离是可行的,且在适当膜工艺条件下可取得较好精制效果,从而为陶瓷膜分离用于中药精制领域的共性问题提供了依据.Objective:To explore the applicability of inorganic ceramic membrane with different materials and apertures to refined Huangqi liquid-water, and optimize technological parameters. Methods. In order to examine transmission of index component accurately, setting multiple sampling inspection plan. Taking Huangqi liquid-water as object of study, the experiment measured flux , transfer rate of index component and clearance of solid content with different membrane's materials and apertures. Results. 0. 2 ban ZrO2 ceramic membrane is suitable for this system, stable flux reached 273 L/(m2 · h),transfer rate of astragaloside A is 64. 56% and clearance of solid content is about 19%. Conclusion. It is viable to use inorganic ceramic membrane to re- fine Huangqi liquid-water, and a better separation effect can be gained under proper conditions, so as to provide some bases for using ceramic membrane in the separation field of Chinese medicine.
