摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备不同质量比的PLA/TCMC静电共混纺丝膜,并通过FTIR、TG、DSC及拉伸测试进行表征.同时将质量比为60∶40的静电共混纺丝膜应用于溶液中Cu2+去除研究,考察了初始浓度、流动时间、使用次数等对静电共混纺丝膜去除溶液中Cu2+的能力.结果表明:PLA与TCMC的质量比为60∶40时,纺丝才能得到的纤维直径比较均匀,纤维形貌较好、具有较好的热稳定性和拉伸强度;静电共混纺丝膜能一定程度地去除溶液中的铜离子,其去除率最高可达13.77%;去除率受初始浓度的影响,当初始浓度为40mg/L时去除率最高;随着处理时间的增大,使用次数的增加,膜对溶液的去除率逐渐降低,膜的使用效果逐渐减弱.A series of composite membranes of TCMC/PLA with different mass ratio were produced by the electrostatic spinning technology, and the membranes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy and tensile test. The composite membranes of mass ratio was 60 : 40 were applied to the absorption and separation of heavy metal ion, and the factors affecting the handling capacity of heavy metal ions, such as initial concentration, flow time and the usage times were investigated. The results showed that when the PLA/TCMC mass ratio was 60 : 40, it could get more homogenous fibres membranes which had good thermal stability and tensile-strength. The electrospun membranes could remove copper ions from solution with a removal rate of 13. 77%. The removal rate influenced by initial concentration was the highest when the initial concentration was 40 mg/ L. Along with the increasing reaction time and the usage times, the removal rates of membranes reduced gradually and the function of membranes weakened gradually.
