摘 要:膜法富氧助燃技术,特别是局部增氧助燃技术在节能减排方面的应用越来越广泛.目前在国内外30种窑炉中成功实施了该技术,已累计给用户节省了数亿元人民币.本文主要介绍该技术在加氢加热炉、减压加热炉、油田加热炉和水泥窑中的应用,不仅明显节能,而且延长炉龄和明显减少CO,CO2,NOx,SOx及粉尘的排放,指出局部增氧助燃技术在节能减排和节约资源等方面将有广阔的前景.Membrane technology for oxygen-enriched combustion supporting, especially the technology of local oxygen-increasing for combustion-supporting has widely been used for energy saving and emission reduction. Now the technology has been used successfully in 30 kinds of furnace & kiln at home and abroad, and already accumulative total saved several hundred million yuan RMB for the users. This paper will mainly introduce its applications in hydrogenation heating furnace, vacuum heating furnace, oilfield heater and cement kiln, it can be not only saved dramatically fuel, but also prolonged furnace life, significantly reduced CO, CO2, NOx, SOx and flue dust emission, and concluded that the technology of the local oxygen-increasing for combustion-supporting would play a positive role in promoting energy saving and emission reduction , saving resources and so on.
