摘　　要：介绍了ZJ70DB交流变频丛式井钻机的设计构想和结构特点。该钻机的井架、底座采用成90°的特殊安装方式,井架使用主绞车起升,底座使用液压绞车起升,钻机使用液压平移装置整体步进式纵向移动,绞车采用交流变频单轴技术,采用智能化控制,体现了一种新的设计理念并成功应用于产品。In the article, the design concept and the structure features of ZJ70DB AC variable frequency rig for cluster wells is described. The mast and substructure is installed in a special way of 90 degrees. The mast is raised with power of draw works and the substructure with power of hydraulic wire line winch. The rig is longitudinally moved in a stepping mode by the hy- draulic stepping system. The draw works adopts AC variable frequency single-shaft technology and intelligent control, which reflecting a new design concept and successfully applying it to product.
