摘　　要：介绍了国内机械密封循环系统应用的现状 ,对国内某炼油厂炼油装置机械密封失效的原因统计表明 ,密封损坏原因大多与密封的工况有关 ,密封循环系统可在三个方面对密封工况进行控制和改善 ,即温度控制功能、流体替代功能和清除杂质功能。对一些典型泵需用的密封循环系统进行了分析 ,对其选型提出了一些建议。指出应提高认识 ,加快国内机械密封循环系统的开发和应用。Domestic status quo of the mechanical sealed circulating system were introduced.According to the statistics in a refinery,sealing failures are mostly related to working conditions.The mechanical sealed circulating system can improve working conditions in such three aspects as temperature control,fluid replacement and impurity removal. The sealed circulating systems for typical pumps were analyzed and selections proposed.
