摘 要:以甲醇作为低分子醇的代表物,对生物油低分子醇体系的粘温特性及热响应特性进行试验研究,并分别依据Andrade方程式和集总热容法回归出相应的半经验模型。实验结果表明:生物油甲醇体系的粘度随着温度的升高或体系中甲醇质量比例的增加而降低;随着体系中温度的升高,温度对粘度的影响变小,粘度曲线趋于平缓;体系的热响应时间常数随着体系中甲醇质量比例的增加,呈先减小后增大的趋势,最小值出现在甲醇质量比例约30wt.%处。Choosing the methanol as the representative of low molecular weight alcohols, experimental research of the viscosity-temperature and thermal response characteristics of bio-oil mixed with low molecular weight alcohols was carried out, and the empirical formulas were established by the regression analysis depending on the Andrade equation and lumped heat capacity method, respectively. The experiment results indicated that the viscosity of the bio-oil/methanol mixtures decreased with increase of the methanol mass proportion and the mixtures' temperature, furthermore, the impact of temperature on the viscosity was reduced as the temperature rose. The thermal time con- stant of the bio-oil/methanol mixtures decreased at first, then increased with the higher mass proportion of metha- nol, the minimum constant appeared when the methanol proportion was up to around 30wt.%.
