摘  要:闪速炉是一种高效强化的冶金炉,具有节能环保的优点,其最大的特点是能充分利用炉料的巨大比表面。"双闪"铜冶炼工艺经过十多年的发展和完善,已成为稳定可靠的铜冶炼技术,是新建大型铜冶炼厂的首选工艺。结合"双闪"工艺在我国的应用实例,详细介绍了"双闪"铜冶炼工艺的发展现状及其优势,并指出"双闪"工艺为铜冶炼的发展方向。Flash furnace is a kind of metallurgical furnace with high efficiency and intensity, which has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection and can make full use of the huge specific surface of charging materials. “Double-flash”copper smelting technology has become a stable and reliable copper smelting technology after ten years of development, which is the preferred technology adopted in new large-scale copper smelter. Combining with examples of “double-flash” technology applied in our country, the paper introduces state of the art and advantages of “double-flash” technology in detail; and also points out that “double-flash” technology will be regarded as potential development direction of copper gmelting for the future.
