摘　　要：我国首条国产大极板阳极准备机组针对机组运行过程中存在的问题,针对性地开发了旋转式分片及多工位移送装置、可调位浮动夹头夹紧定位装置、新型高速铣耳装置,并对板身的整形方式进行了选择与改进。该机组实现了100%国产化,成功替代了进口产品,其性能优良,运行平稳、可靠,已成功推广应用到国内多家炼铜企业。The paper introduces the general structure, function and philosophy of preparation anode preparation system made in China and the improvement and innovation achieved during the research and development of the same machine. Presently the machine is 100% made in China and has taken the place of foreign machine in many Chinese copper smelters due to its excellent performance and stable and reliable running.
