摘  要:结合北京市京新上地斜拉桥(46+46+230+98+90)m独塔单索面预应力混凝土曲线斜拉桥的设计,介绍重达250 000 kN顶推施工的混凝土复杂曲线箱梁桥平曲线、竖曲线的设计简化处理方法,提出曲梁顶推过程中的两点限位新方法,确保顶推过程横向受力体系明确、限位纠偏简单易行;研究了将LED灯具嵌入斜拉索的护套内的设计方案,减少了照明灯具对拉索抗风性能的不利影响,解决了大跨度斜拉桥亮化灯具易于产生风振的技术难题;设计了新型主塔、拉索检查维修系统,满足了运营管理的需要。Shangdi Bridge on Beijing - Xinjiang Highway is a ( 46 + 46 + 230 + 98 + 90 )-m curved prestressed-concrete cable-stayed bridge with single pylon and single cable plane. In combination with the design of this bridge, this paper describes the simplified design approaches for the horizontal curve and vertical curve of the complex concrete box girder bridge which weighs up to 25,000 tons by incremental launching construction method. And then a new method of two points limiting for incremental launching construction of curved girder is put forward to ensure that the transverse force system is clear and that the process of limiting rectification is simple. Also, in this paper, the design scheme of embedding the LED lamps into the cable sheath is suggested and optimized, which can reduce the adverse influence upon cables' wind resistance performance produced by the lighting lamps, therefore can solve the technical problem in landscape lighting system with lighting lamps which is prone to cause the wind-induced vibration on large-span cable-stayed bridge. Furthermore, a new type of main pylon, and an inspecting and maintaining system for the cable are designed which can meet the requirements of operation management.
