摘  要:针对侧式站房结构体系对工程投资影响因素繁多复杂的问题,应用解释结构模型方法,分析得到影响结构体系工程投资的敏感因素,并从经济性角度出发,依托大量新建铁路客站站房工程及造价资料,采用多元回归分析方法得到主要敏感因素对站房结构体系工程投资的影响程度,为今后侧式站房结构体系设计优化提供有益参考。Directing at the complex problem that the structure system of side-type station building has various influences on the project investment, the ISM method( interpretive structural modeling) is used to analyze the sensitivity factors which control the costs of structure system of railway-station buildings. Afterwards, in light of economical efficiency, and based on large numbers of project cost data of new railway-station buildings, the multiple regression analysis method is used to obtain the influence degree of the main sensitivity factors upon project cost of station-building structure system. This research can serve as useful reference for the design optimization of side-type station building in future.
