摘 要:为了探讨城镇燃气的爆炸强度与不同反应初始压力的对应关系,首先根据工程热力学研究定组分混合气体的基本方法及阿马格分体积定律将城镇燃气简化为含碳、氢、氧、氮的单一气体,然后依据单一气体的最大爆炸压力及最大压力上升速率的经典计算公式理论推导城镇燃气-空气混合气体的爆炸强度与反应初始压力的关系。结果表明,城镇燃气的最大爆炸压力及最大压力上升速率随初始压力的增加而线性增加,且成正比关系。为了验证理论推导所得结果的正确性,以城镇燃气(体积分数10%)-空气混合气体作为研究对象,利用传统的爆炸特性参数测试系统,通过逐渐提高初始压力的方法实测了该混合气体的爆炸强度。实测结果与理论分析结果基本吻合,即城镇燃气的爆炸强度与反应的初始压力呈线性关系,其爆炸强度随反应初始压力的增加而线性增大。The present paper intends to bring about our research find- ings on the relation between the initial pressure and the explosion in- tensity of the coal gas. As is known, according to the thermodynamic engineering theory, the basic method for defining the composition of the mixed gas can be made available for the coal gas, which can be simplified as unitary gas. The corresponding relationship between the initial pressure and the explosion intensity is analyzed on the basis of the typical calculation formula theory of gas explosion intensity. The explosion intensity of coal gas could be measured with the reference to the explosion characteristic parameters of the measuring system under the corresponding initial pressure. And finally, we have compared and analyzed the practical value and the theoretical calculation. The results of our research prove that the maximum explosion pressure tends to increase directly and proportionally with the increase of the initial pressure. In addition, the maximum rate of pressure rise tends to increase linearly with the increase of the initial pressure. More- over, the maximum rate of pressure rise also proves increasing in di- rect proportion with the initial pressure. Thus, as is shown from the measured waveform by the experiments, the disturbance of the pre- cursory shock wave in the explosion field also tends to grow properly. The pressure peak value in the positive and negative zone is likely to increase with the growing disturbance, and the maximum rate of pres- sure rise is also increasing with the growing disturbance. Besides, the theoretical analysis results also turn out to be in conformity with the measured data in the experiments. Thas, it can be said, our research can be taken as an efficient reference for further study on the explo- sion characteristics of the flammable mixed gases.
