摘 要:为预防和减少过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)在生产和储运过程中发生火灾爆炸事故,采用绝热加速量热仪(ARC)对DCP的热分解过程进行试验研究,得到DCP的热力学参数及动力学参数,并对试验数据进行校正与分析,在此基础上计算DCP在绝热条件下达到最大反应速率所需时间(TMRad)、25 kg标准包装的自加速分解温度(SADT)、反应控制温度以及报警温度。结果表明,ARC试验中热惰性因子φ对于试验数据的影响不能忽略,在处理试验数据时必须考虑φ的影响。DCP在起始放热温度92.78℃时的TMRad为2.26 h,在绝热条件下很可能发生失控反应;室温30.0℃时对应的TMRad大于100h,在绝热条件几乎下不可能发生失控反应。DCP在25 kg标准包装下的SADT为45℃,控制温度为35℃,报警温度为40℃。The present paper takes it as its target to explore the ther- mal safety and stability of dicumyl peroxide. As is known, fire and explosion taking place in chemical industry result in millions of yuan economic loss and human casualty every year, which often involves the process of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) production, storage and transportation. In order to prevent and reduce such accidents, we would like to apply the adiabatic accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC). It is for this purpose, we have done experimental research over the process of the dicumyl peroxide thermal decomposition, through which we have gained enough amounts of thermodynamic and kinetic data accordingly. On the basis of calibration and analysis of the experimental data, we have worked out the time required to reach the maximum reaction rate under the adiabatic condition (TMRad) and calculated the self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT) in the 25 kg standard packaging. And, next, we have de- termined the dicumyl peroxide reaction temperature and the corre- sponding alarming temperature. The results show that in the adiabatic accelerating rate calorimeter test, the influence of the thermal inertia factor φ is crucial of the experimental data, which should be taken into full account. The time needed to reach the maximum reaction rate under the adiabatic condition of dicumyl peroxide at the initial exothermic temperature of 92.78 ℃ is 2.26 h. And the time required to reach the maximum reaction rate under the adiabatic condition of dicumyl peroxide at room temperature of 30 ℃ is 〉 100 h. The above listed data suggest that the runaway reaction is likely to occur under the adiabatic condition. And the serf-accelerating decomposition tem- perature of dicumyl peroxide in 25 kg standard packaging is 45 ℃ whereas the dicumyl peroxide reaction temperature is 35 ℃ with the alarming temperature being 40℃ .
