摘　　要：高师院校学生教师技能训练对于高师院校的教育改革和高师学生的专业发展有着特殊意义。基础教育改革对高师院校学生教师技能训练提出了特殊要求,要解决当前高师学生教师技能训练中存在的问题,应传授学生教师技能训练的理论,注重学生教师技能的培养,把学生职业技能培养与课堂教学改革结合,积极创设学生教师技能训练所需条件,制定科学有效的技能考核标准。Teaching skill training in teachers colleges is of great importance for schools＇ educational reform and students＇ professional development. Basic education reform demands skill training for normal students. To solve existing problems in the current training program, attentions should be paid to integration of theory and practice, cultivation of students＇ teaching and vocational skills, classroom teaching reform, creation of required training conditions, and developing scientific skill-assessment standards.
