摘  要:根据影响高炉炉内料面分布的基本因素和规律,结合无料钟高炉的布料经验,运用数学知识和计算机技术研究开发了无料钟高炉布料模型。该模型基于莱钢3200m3高炉开炉试验测试结果,并得到成功的实际应用,指导工长对炉料进行合理调整和改善高炉冶炼状况,提高了料柱的透气性指数,降低了焦比,保证高炉能低耗、稳定地生产。In terms of basic factors and rules of affecting burden distribution in blast furnace and burden distribution experience of bell-less blast furnace, a burden distribution model of bell-less blast furnace has been developed using math knowledge and computer technology. This model is established according to the testing results of 3200m3 blast furnace of Laiwu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd and has been successfully used in practice. It guides a fore- man to reasonably adjust and improve smelting status of blast furnace, increases breathability index of charge column, reduces coke ratio, guarantees low energy consumption and stable production of blast furnace.
