摘 要:详细介绍了极厚板用坯料的技术进步,包括电渣重熔扁钢锭、焊接复合连铸坯、大厚度连铸板坯、单向凝固钢锭等极厚钢板轧制用高质量坯料,分析了其生产工艺及技术特点,总结了极厚板用原料的冶金技术,论述了极厚板轧制技术的发展、热处理设施与技术,建议进一步优化产品工艺、提升实物质量、开发高品质极厚钢板。This article introduced the manufacturing technologies of the billets for heavy-gauge steel plate in detail, including electroslag remelted flat ingots, welded continuous casting slabs, extra gauge casting slabs, one-way solidified ingots and other high quality billets, and analyzed their production processes and technological characteristics. It summarized the metallurgical technology about materials for heavy-gauge plate billets and discussed the rolling technology development and the facilities and processes of heat treatment. It also suggests optimize the processes, improve product quality and develop high-level grade of the heavy gauge plate in future.
