摘 要:由于转速频繁的改变,变速旋转设备的故障诊断必须解决转速的跟踪技术。传统方法是利用激光传感器获取转速脉冲,而时频分析方法由于不需要硬件得到较快发展,但频率分辨率较低,分析过程中的窗宽是固定的,不能根据转速变化快慢改变窗宽。文中提出了一种梯度自适应窗宽阶比分析算法,根据信号的梯度变化来自适应地选择窗宽,可以跟踪到更加准确的转频成分,有利于阶比分析,仿真和实际故障齿轮信号表明此方法具有较好的实际应用效果。Because of the frequent changes of the rotational speed, the speed tracking for varying speed rotating machinery fault diagnosis must be solved. The traditional method uses the laser sensor to obtain the speed pulse. The time-frequency analysis has developed fast because it does not require hardware devices, but the resolution is quite low. The window-width is changeless and it can not change during the analysis. This paper presented an order analysis method gradient-based adaptive window-width, which used the change of signal gradient to select the window-width adaptively. The algorithm can traced the rotation frequency more accurately, and is beneficial to the order analysis. The results of simulation and faulty gear show that the proposed methodology can achieve good practical application effect.
