摘 要:针对红水河中下游梯级水电流域产汇流特性,结合该梯级在广西电网中的主力调峰调频运行模式,利用电网气象分区面雨量监测预报信息开展梯级区间径流预报,与梯级电站出库流量叠加汇流,得出梯级各断面短临入库流量,为短临调整梯级水电经济运行提供依据。介绍了红水河中下游梯级水电在线流量预报总体思路、预报流程以及技术参数配置,对梯级区间产汇流进行了技术分析,并对自动实现在线流量预报系统功能模块设计进行了阐述。The sub-zone runoffs of cascade hydropower stations, at the middle and lower reaches of Hongshui River, are forecasted by using of rainfall monitoring data of power grid meteorological zones based on the runoff characteris- tics and the main operation mode (peak regulation and frequency modulation ) of these stations in Guangxi power grid. The short-impending inflows of each sub-zone are obtained by the outflow with the afflux flow, which can provide a basis for short-impending adjustment of cascade hydropower stations. The paper makes an introduction to the general idea, the operating procedures and the technical configuration of online hydrological forecasting. Besides, an analysis is made on the yield and afflux flows of each sub-zone and a presentation is made on the functions of the online hy- drological forecasting system.
