摘 要:为适应"调控一体化"运行体系的建设,改进现有输电网继电保护故障信息智能分析系统的不足,设计了一种继电保护故障信息智能分析系统的解决方案。采用了一体化平台,基于分层分布式结构,统一一、二次设备模型,故障录波按通道上传,在主站侧综合采用EMS系统、故障信息系统、故障录波系统等的开关量、模拟量等多源信息对电网故障进行诊断分析;提出了智能分析系统过渡阶段的兼容方案。该系统在福建电网的运行情况表明,该方案可以较好地实现继电保护故障信息系统的智能分析,对构建电力系统故障诊断智能辅助决策系统具有一定的指导意义。In order to meet the construction of regulation integration system and improve intelligent fault information analysis system of relay protection in power grid, this paper designs a practical implementation scheme for relay protection and intelligent fault analysis system. In the proposed scheme, models of primary device and secondary device are unified based on integrative information platform and hierarchical distributed structure. Fault recorder data is uploaded by different channels, in main substation side, fault diagnosis and analysis is made based on multi-source information in EMS, fault information system and fault recording system. Furthermore, a compatible solution is also put forward for the transitional stage of intelligent fault information analysis system. The system has been run in Fujian Power Grid, and the operation status show that the intelligent analysis of relay protection fault information system can be achieved well, providing reference for construction of power system fault information intelligent assistant-decision-making system.
