摘　　要：我国目前环境信息公开管理体制在立法层次上仅限于部门规章,导致存在统一监督管理部门与分管部门的关系不明晰,环境信息公开管理职能分工不明等缺陷,所以我们应该对环境信息公开的管理体制进行系统的改革,主要内容涉及到环境信息公开管理机构的设立、运行,相应部门在环境信息公开上分工和职责的确定,以及违反职责所应该承担的相应后果。On the legislation level, the management system of environmental information disclosure is limited to the department regulations. This leads to the illegibility relations between consolidate management and part management, which brings on some limitations of unclear function. We should innovate and perfect the management system of environmental information disclosure by legislation. The main content comes down to the organization setting up and running, the responsibility and sequent when breaking the rules.
