摘  要:以十二醇为原料,通过酯化反应对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA-1000P)进行改性。采用所制备的改性苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物作为乳化剂,制备了具有核壳结构的丙烯酸酯聚合物乳胶粒子,研究了乳液合成中乳化剂的酯化程度、乳化剂用量、引发剂的浓度、单体和引发剂滴加时间对乳液粒径、凝胶量等的影响,并利用红外(FT-IR)、纳米激光粒度仪(DLS)、透射电镜(TEM)进行一系列的表征。结果表明:SMA-1000P与十二醇质量比为1∶0.75时可获得性能最佳的乳化剂。TEM观察到的乳液粒径大小及分布趋势与DLS测得的结果一致,同时也证明了核壳结构的存在。A kind of styrene - maleic "anhydride copolyymer(SMA - 1000P) was modified via esterification with dodeeanol, which was used as an emulsifier to prepare a stable latex with core - shall structure. The effect of esterifieation degree of the emulsifier, the amount of emulsifer and the initiator and dropping time of monomers and imtiator on emulsion performance, such as particle size and gel residue was investigated. The modified SMA - 1000P and corresponding latex were charaeterized by FT- IR, DIS, TEM, etc. The results revealed that the emulsifier showed the best perfonnanee when SAM -1000P/dedecanol mass ratio was 1/0. 75 and the prepared latex has a core -shell nanostrueture with average particle size and distribution that showed the similar test result by TEM and DIS.
