摘  要:目的优化枳椇子中二氢杨梅素的最佳提取工艺。方法用二氢杨梅素标准品作为对照,以HPLC作为检测手段,用二氢杨梅素的含量作为检测指标,采用甲醇回流提取法对枳椇子中二氢杨梅素进行提取,通过L9(34)正交设计实验来优化提取工艺。结果 10倍量的甲醇,提取3次,每次2h。结论优选得到的提取工艺科学合理,操作可行,专属性强。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting condition of Dihydromyricetin in Hovenia acerba Lindl. METHODS With the second hydrogen waxberry element standard substance as a comparison,with HPLC as detection measn, with the content of Dihydromyricetin as the test index, dihydromyricetin in Hovenia acerba Lindl was extracted by methanol reflux extraction method and extration technology was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal design experiments. RESULTS The optimal extracting condition was the following :10 times the amount of methanol extraction 3 times,2 hours every time. CONCLUSION The selectead process is scientific and reasonable, the operadon is feasible and has a strong specificity.
