药用植物炮弹果果肉中的化学成分分离与鉴定研究

摘　　要：目的分析药物植物炮弹果果肉的化学成分。方法炮弹果果肉用乙醇(95%)提取,通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等方法分离化合物、波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果炮弹果果肉中分离得到7个化合物3,3'-Bisdemethylpinore-sinol(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、苯甲酸(4)、对羟基苯乙醇(5)、对羟基苯甲醇(6)、Hebelodendrol(7)。结论所有化合物都是在炮弹果果肉中首次分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical composition of the Beaumontia grandiflora＇s fruit. METHODS The EtOH （95% ,v/v）extracts of the fruit of Beaumontia grandiflora were separated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, respectively. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS A total of 7 compounds were isolated and identified as 3,3＇-Bisdemethylpinoresinol（ 1 ）, 13-sitosterol （2）, Daucosterol （3）, Benzoicacid （4）, p-hydroybenzylethanol （5）, p-hydrox-ybenzylalcohol （6）, Hebelodendrol （7）. CONCLUSION The seven compo-unds are isolated from the fruit of Beaumontia grandiflora for the first time.
