高效液相色谱法测定复方曲安奈德乳膏中的盐酸苯海拉明含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定复方曲安奈德乳膏中的盐酸苯海拉明含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用C18(5μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱,甲醇∶水相(三乙胺2mL,加水至300mL,磷酸调节pH至7.0)(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长:230nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果盐酸苯海拉明的线性范围是0.494～2.964μg,回收率为98.8%(RSD=1.1%)。结论此方法测含量方法简单,快速,准确。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of diphenhydramine hydroehloride in compound triameinolone aeetonide creams. METHODS A C18 （5 μm,4. 6 × 250mm） column was used,the mobile phase was methonal-water （each 300mL contained 2. 0mL triethylenediamine, the pH of modile phase was adjusted to 7.0 with phosphate solution） = （70： 30）. The detection wavelength was 230nm and the flow number was 1.0mL .min^-1. The column temperature was kept at 30℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of Diphenhydrsmine hydroehloride was 0. 494 -2. 964μg,The recoveries was 98.8% （RSD = 1.1% ）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
