不同产地防风饮片中有效成分含量比较

摘　　要：目的比较不同产地防风饮片中升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱用Lichrospher C18(150mm×4.6mm,10μm);流动相为甲醇-水(35∶65);检测波长为254nm;柱温为40℃;流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果不同产地防风饮片中升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量有明显差异,内蒙古>黑龙江>辽宁>安徽,其中尤以内蒙古的平均含量最高(0.677%)。不同产地的升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量均高于药典标准。结论内蒙古的防风饮片质量较优,可作为购买防风饮片的首选产地。OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of prim-O-glucosylcimlfugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside in Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turcz.） Schischk. pieces from different habitats. METHODS HPLC was used the sample was separated on Lichrospher Cls （ 150mm×4.6mm,10μm） column with methanol-water （ 35 ： 65, v/v） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254nm, the column temperature was 40℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL.min^-1. RESULTS The contents of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside in Saposhnikovia divaricata（Turcz. ） Schischk. pieces from different habitats showed significant difference,Inner Mongolia 〉 Hei- longjiang 〉 Liaoning 〉 Anhui,the highest average content among them was 0. 677% from Inner Mongolia. The con- tents of prim-O-glueosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside in Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turcz.） Schischk. pieces from different habitats was higher than the standard of Chinese traditional medicine Codex. CONCLUSION The samples from Inner Mongolia are better than others, and can be as the purchasing preferred habitat of Saposhnikovla divaricata （Turcz.） Schisehk. pieces.
