摘 要:目的探讨静脉滴注蔗糖铁对血液透析伴有贫血患者的临床疗效。方法将98例合并缺铁性贫血的血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用蔗糖铁静脉滴注治疗,对照组餐后口服琥珀酸亚铁,两组患者均于透析结束时皮下注射EPO治疗,根据血红蛋白上升情况调整用量。比较两组患者治疗前后的血红蛋白、红细胞、血细胞比容、血清铁蛋白等指标的变化情况,并密切关注治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗10周后,观察组患者的血血红蛋白、红细胞、血细胞比容、血清铁蛋白等指标均较治疗前明显上升,且疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.04%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉滴注蔗糖铁可迅速缓解患者铁缺乏状态,改善贫血症状,其不良反应轻微,安全可靠,可作为血液透析患者长期补铁的方法。OBJECTIVE To explore the cure effect of intravenous iron sucrose for the treatment of iron deficiency in anemic hemodialysis patients. METHODS 98 chronic hemodialysis patients were divided into two groups, the patients in observation group were taken iron sucrose by vein slowly after dialysis, erythropoietin was used at a dose of 3000IU/time. The changes in hemoglobin, hematocrit, serum-ferritin and side effects were assessed after treat- ment. RESULTS Compared with the pretreatment, the levels of hemoglobin, hematocrit and ferritin in observation were increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05), and the incidence of adverse event in observation group was lower than control group (P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION In treating renal anemia of blood dialysis, the sucrose iron intravenously combined with erythropoietietin is faster than orally ferrous succinate in raising Hb, SF and HCT in lager extent.
