摘　　要：对Montell公司的液相环管聚丙烯本体聚合工艺和国产间歇液相本体法聚丙烯工艺的工艺流程、操作条件、自动化控制和产品质量、生产成本 ,以及常见故障等方面进行分析对比 ,指出两种工艺均有显著经济效益 ,且前者好于后者 ,应根据各企业的特点安排生产 ,并就两种工艺及其操作管理等方面的进一步改进提出了建议。The process characteristics of the Montell Spheripol polypropylene process and the batch polypropylene process were compared, the comparison included process flow, operating conditions, automation control, product quality and production cost, etc.. The comparison showed that both processes had significant economic effects, and the former was better than the latter. Further improvements on both processes are proposed.
