摘 要:针对换热器强化传热后工况变化的复杂性提出了比熵产数工况评价的方法 ,并推导得到易于计算的比熵产数表达式。在强化侧恒定压降的情况下 ,对环隙冷却水保持湍流 ,管内层流热油采用Kenics静态混合器强化传热的套管换热器进行了热力学完善性的评价分析 ,为工程实践设计优化提供了参考。In consideration of the complexity of the changeable conditions of the heat exchanger after heat transfer intensification, an on spot evaluation method for determining the entropy production ratio is presented. An entropy production ratio formula accessible to computation was derived. Under the condition that the flow pressure drop of the intensified fluid kept constant, and maintaining the shell pass cooling water in turbulence, while the tube pass hot oil under laminar flow was intensified by Kenics static mixer, the thermodynamic performance was evaluated. The evaluation provided reference to the optimization of engineering design.
