摘　　要：一个国家军事交通运输建设思想的发展历程，既体现着其经济发展脉络、国防发展战略、军事斗争准备等宏观战略问题，又体现着其领导人如何以国际战略形势变化为依据，以军事战略为指导，以经济建设为依托，思考和指导军事交通运输建设的战略思维。在回顾与总结不同历史时期我军军事交通运输建设思想发展的基础上，针对新时期我国安全环境的特点及我军担负的历史使命，提出了加强我军军事交通运输建设的几点启示。The thought history of a national military transportation development both reflects its economic development ten-dency,defense development strategy, and military readiness, which are general issues,and presents its leaders ＇strategic ideation about how to think and direct military transportation building according to the world situation, military strategy, and economic development. Based on reviewing the thought history of PLA military transportation, this paper advances several implications for dealing with the national security situation of China and army＇ s missions in the new century.
