摘　　要：阐述学科团队文化的内涵和特性，从理论层次和学科建设角度分析学科团队文化的作用，提出培育大学学科团队文化的措施。The paper discusses the connotation and feature of the academic team, analyzes the function of the academic team culture from the theory level and discipline construction angle, and puts forward some measures of cultivating the uni-versity academic team culture.
