交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展初探

摘　　要：军民融合是世界主要强国的通行做法，是我国长期的战略指导方针。在交通运输领域科技创新上，走军民融合的发展道路，是对军民融合这一重要思想的继承和发展，能够更好地整合资源，探索全新的军、地科研合作模式，实现强强联合的资源对接，搭建信息共享的交流平台，实现互惠互利的双赢目标。在分析交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展作用意义的基础上，提出交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展的指导思想和重点内容，并从完善创新机制、共建创新平台、深化融合发展等3个方面探讨了交通运输领域科技创新军民融合发展的建设路径。Civil and military integration is a usual practice among major world powers and Chinese long-term strategic guideline as well. As to technology innovation in traffic and transportation field, adhering to civil and military integration means inheritance and development through which we can get a better integration of resources, brand-new cooperation mode between military and civil research units, resource exchange during win-win cooperation, sharing information platform and win-win situation for mutual benefit. Based on effect and significance of civil and military integration development of tech- nology innovation in transportation and communication field, this paper brings forward guiding principle and main content of civil and military integration development of technology innovation in such field. The construction path of civil and military integration development of technology Innovation in such field falls into 3 aspects, namely improving innovation mechanism, jointly building innovation platform and deepening integration development.
