思密达联合思连康治疗小儿秋季腹泻60例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察思密达联合思连康治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效及安全性。方法将我院120例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予思密达治疗,实验组给予思密达联合思连康治疗,对比两组患儿治疗3 d后的疗效。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组疗程短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用思密达联合思连康治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果较好,是一种安全有效的治疗措施。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety treating infantile autumn diarrhea of the Smectite combination with Si Li- ankang. Methods In our hospital, 120 cases of autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given smecta, yet the experimental group was given Smecta and Si Liankang. The 3 days after treatment, the efficacy of two groups of children were compared. Results The total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically aignificant. The cure time of the experimental group was shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.05） ,and the difference was statistically. Conclusion Smecta combination with Si Liankang treating infantile autumn diarrhea is a safe and effective treatment
