摘　　要：目的探讨颌骨牙骨质化纤维瘤的CT影像特点,提高其诊断精确性降低误诊率。方法回顾性分析8例经手术或活检病理证实的颌骨牙骨质化纤维瘤的临床、病理及影像特点。结果病变早期以成纤维细胞为主,CT上呈低密度区,随着病变的发展,牙骨质样组织沉着,并扩大融合,最后形成绿豆大小致密的牙骨质小体。影像学检查上,砂粒样致密影以CT显示最清楚,与病变内牙骨质小体形成多少密切相关。结论牙骨质化纤维瘤的影像表现有一定特征性,CT检查对其诊断、鉴别及指导治疗具有重要意义。Abstract Objective Explore the mandible Cementifying fibroma CT image characteristics to improve their diagnostic accuracy to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of eight cases confirmed by surgery or biopsy the mandible Cementi- fying fiber clinical, pathological and imaging characteristics of the tumor. Results Early lesions to fibroblasts, CT showed a low - density area,with the development of lesions in cementum - like tissue calm, and expand the integration of the final form of mung bean size densethe cementum bodies. Imaging tests on sand - like dense shadow shows most clearly by CT, how much is closely related to the formation and the cementum bodies lesions. Conclusion The Cementifing fibroma a certain characteristic imaging findings with impor- tant the CT check their diagnosis, to identify and guide treatment.
