通脉增智胶囊对小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察通脉增智胶囊的药效学作用。方法 :将昆明种健康小鼠随机分成空白对照组 ,病理模型组(分别给予东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠、体积分数 40 %的乙醇以造成学习记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍的病理模型 ) ,通脉增智 (TMZZ)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组。空白组和病理模型组给等量生理盐水灌服 10d ,TMZZⅠ、Ⅱ组分别给予通脉增智药液 2 0g/kg ,6 0g/kg灌服 10d ,通过跳台法观察通脉增智胶囊对小鼠学习记忆的获得 ,记忆巩固和记忆再现的影响。结果 :通脉增智胶囊可明显改善小鼠对东莨菪碱所致学习记忆获得不良 ,亚硝酸钠所致记忆巩固不良和体积分数为 40 %乙醇所致记忆再现不良 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :通脉增智胶囊可改善小鼠记忆 。Aim: The pharmacological effect of Tongmaizengzhi(TMZZ) capsule was observed Methods: Growth phase mice were divided into normal group,pathological model group(experiment models were made by scopolamine,sodium nitrite and 40% alcohol) and Tongmaizengzhi capsule Ⅰ,Ⅱgroups The mice of normal and pathological model groups were perfused with normal saline for 10 days Tongmaizengzhi capsule Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups were irrigated stomach with Tongmaizengzhi 20 g/kg,60 g/kg for 10 days respectively Step down text was used in animal experiment Results: Animal experiment revealed that TMZZ can improve the hypomnesia in learning caused by scopolamine,poor memory etrieval caused by sodium nitrite and memory hypo reproducibility caused by 40% alcohol ( P <0 05) Conclusion: TMZZ could improve the memory and is innocuous
