摘　　要：目的 :研究大鼠中缝背核至背海马投射纤维的递质性质。方法 :用辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)逆行追踪法和免疫细胞化学相结合的双重标记技术研究中缝背核 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)样神经元至背海马投射。结果 :在中缝背核内可见到HRP标记细胞、5 HT阳性反应细胞和 5 HT HRP双标细胞。结论 :中缝背核 5Aim: To demonstrate neurotransmitters in fibers project to dorsal hippocampus from nucleus raphe dorsalis in the rat. Methods: Using the double labelling technique which combines the immunocytochemical Avidin Biotin Peroxidase complex (ABC)method with the Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)retrograde tracing method to study the neurotransmitters in fibers project to dorsal hippocampus from nucleus raphe dorsalis in the rat . Results: HRP labelled cells,5 HT labelled cells and 5 HT HRP doubled cells were found in nucleus raphe dorsalis .Conclusion: The results mentioned above offer valuable morphologic information to study physiological functions of hippocampus.
