健脾活血方胃安散对PLGC模型大鼠p53和p16基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究健脾活血方胃安散对胃癌前病变模型大鼠p53和p16基因表达的影响,以进一步探求其发病机制。方法:采用改进以N-甲基-N’硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)为基础的联合造模方案造成胃癌前期病变大鼠模型,免疫组化方法观察胃黏膜p53、p16基因的表达。结果:p53免疫组化染色结果提示各组均为阴性表达;p16染色在表达率及表达强度方面,均有一定程度提高。其调节p16基因表达的作用与胃复春组比较具有显著性差异。结论:健脾活血方胃安散可提高抑癌基因p16表达,具有一定的预防胃癌前病变发展成胃癌的作用。Ohjective： To research the effect ofJianpi Huoxue Recipe （ Weian Powder ） on expressions of p53 and p16 in rat models with PLGC, in order to explore its pathogenesis. Methods：Rat models were established with PI,GC by using MNNG-hased joint modeling program; the expressions of p53 and p16 on gastric mueosa were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results ： The results of p53 immune histoehemical staining were all negative; expression rate and intensity of p 16 staining had a certain degree of improvement. In regulating the expression of P16,Weian Powder had a significant difference compared with Weifuehun. Conclusion ： Jianpi Huoxue Reeipe（ Weian Powder ） can increase the expression of tumor suppressor gene p 16, and has the effect to prevent PLGC into gastric cancer.
