摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法测定元胡止痛栓中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:采用Zorbax 80A Extend-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-三乙胺(55∶45∶0.1),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃。结果:延胡索乙素进样浓度在19.5~97.5μg.mL-1范围内,与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)为100.6%,RSD为1.07%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为元胡止痛栓的质量控制方法。Objective ： To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong suppository. Methods ： The separation was performed at 30 ^（2 on an Agilent Zorbax 80A Extend-C18 column （ 150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm ） with a mobile phase of methanol-water- triethylamine （ 55 ： 45 ： 0.1 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and the detecting wavelength was 280 nm. Results ： The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was from 19.5 to 97.5 μg ·mL^-1, the average recovery （ n=6 ） of tetrahydropalmatine was 100.6% （ RSD=I.07% ）.Conclusion ： The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality of Yuanhu Zhitong suppository.
