摘　　要：文章主要论述了针刺可以治疗痛性眼肌麻痹引起的视物不能远近及并发症面瘫。针刺天突、廉泉二穴治疗白喉引起的喉神经麻痹之不能吞咽。压迫耳廓咽喉部压痛点治愈咽部红肿、充血,其效果较服药迅速。采取迎随、提插手法针刺尺泽穴治疗神经性牙痛,效果显著。针刺压痛点治疗落枕,一次即愈。总结了李恩堂主任医师临证丰富经验。This paper discussed that acupuncture lherapy can treat abnormal vision and facial paralysis due to Tolosa Hunt syndrome ; needling Tiantu and Lianquan can treat dysphagia caused by diphtheria ; pressing the ear-point of laryngopharynx can treat throat swelling with quicker effect than medications ; needling Chize with reinforcing and purging manipulations ean treat odontalgia nervosa effectively ; needling the painful point can treat stiff neck immediately, so as to summary the rich clinical experienc.e of chief physician LI Entang.
