旋覆代赭汤临床应用及实验研究进展

摘　　要：旋覆代赭汤在胆汁反流性胃炎、反流性食管炎、顽固性呃逆、糖尿病胃轻瘫、咽异感症、急性胰腺炎等方面有肯定疗效。在实验研究方面,初步探讨了旋覆代赭汤通过增加胃肠运动、减轻炎症反应、抑制黏膜过度增殖等环节来治疗相关疾病的可能机理。文章从临床应用和实验研究两方面对近年来应用旋覆代赭汤治疗相关疾病进行了综述。This article is a review of the clinical application as well as experimental findings of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in recent years. Xuan^u Daizhe Decoction has been widely applied in the treatment of reflux gastritis, reflux esophagitis, refi＇actory hiccough, diabetic gastric paresis, pharyngeal paraesthesia and acute pancreatitis with identified effects. The experimental findings show that the decoction may work by increasing the gastrointestinal motility, reducing inflammation as well as inhibiting the excessive nroliferation of mucosal cells.
