艾药结合治疗84例桥本氏甲状腺炎中医证候分析

摘　　要：目的:分析艾药结合(隔附子饼灸结合优甲乐25μg/d)疗法对桥本氏甲状腺炎患者中医证候的影响。方法:通过对接受治疗的桥本氏甲状腺炎患者自身前后对照,分析艾药结合疗法改善患者的临床证候程度。结果:艾药结合治疗HT后,患者的中医各个症状计分较治疗前均有明显改善,经t检验,有极显著差异(P=0.000,P<0.01)。结论:应用艾灸与口服优甲乐结合治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎,可迅速改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective： To analyze the improvement of TCM syndrome for Hashimoto＇s Thyroiditis （ HT ） patients by using the therapy of moxibustion combined with Euthyrox （ Fuzi-separated moxibustion combined with Euthyrox 25 μg/day ）. Method ： Compared before and after treatment, the improved degrees of clinical syndromes by moxibustion and drug combination therapy were analyzed. Result ： After treatment with moxibustion combined with Euthyrox, TCM symptom＇s scores were significantly better. Using t-test, there was a significant difference （ P=0.000, P〈O.01 ）. Conclusion ： HT treatment with the moxibustion and Euthyrox has a quick curative effect, and it can improve patients＇ quality of life.
