龙胆泻肝汤合六一散治疗急性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤合六一散治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效和不良反应,客观评价其治疗湿疹的有效性和安全性,为临床治疗湿疹提供有益的参考。方法:将120例急性湿疹患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组80例,口服龙胆泻肝汤合六一散;对照组40例,口服氯雷他定分散片,两组同时外用炉甘石洗剂,以7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后观察两组疗效及安全性指标。结果:①治疗组总有效率91.25%,对照组总有效77.50%,治疗组明显优于对照组(χ2=4.363,P=0.037<0.05)。②未发生和试验药物有关的不良反应。结论:龙胆泻肝汤合六一散治疗急性湿疹有显著疗效,能迅速缓解临床症状,改善皮肤损害,是一种安全有效治疗湿疹的中药制剂。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of Longdan Xiegan Decoction with Liuyi Powder in treatment of acute eczema and to objectively evaluate its treatmenl efficacy and safety, provding beneficial reference for clinic. Method： 120 cases of patients with acute eczema, according to the clinical order were randomly divided into the treatment group with 80 examples which were given Longdan Xiegan Decoction with Liuyi Powder orally ; the control group with 40 cases which were given loratadine dispersible tablet orally. Two groups both had Luganshi Lotion, 7 days was a period of treatment, and 2 courses Dater, safety and efficacy index in two groups were observed. Results： ①The Iotal eft^ctive rate of the treatment group was 91.25% and it was 77.50% of the control group. The trealment group was better than the control （ x^2=4-363, P=0.037〈0.05 ）.②There was no test drug-related adverse reaction. Conclusion ： Longdan Xiegan Decoction with Liuyi Powder in the treatment of acute eczema has remarkable curative effect, and can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms, improve skin damage. It is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment of preparation eczema.
